Special chassis for coiled tubing equipment
The special chassis for coiled tubing work vehicle is the 46t drive type 8×6, 8×8 main engine vehicle chassis and 58t drive form 8×8 frame vehicle chassis developed based on MAN TG platform truck and engine technology, suitable for off-road conditions such as wild mountains or swamps.
It has the integrated design of the main and subframe and the high-strength frame girder, which can better meet the requirements of the frame for stiffness and strength. The integral balanced rear suspension assembly, which adopts unique leaf spring inner and outer double limit, is able to withstand the lateral impact force from the tire with super anti-rollover ability, and is suitable for off-road bending and torsional conditions. It is equipped with an emergency steering pump, and can achieve easy and convenient steering stop when the engine suddenly stalls. Engine exhaust brake and hydraulic retarder can meet the high braking performance requirements of long-distance downhill.
